Yesterday was a lazy Saturday in which we stayed home. Today we also stayed home, but for a different reason -- ice storm. I actually went out in it to get to the exercise room, and one of the gates into the pool/exercise area was frozen shut. We still have electricity, and we hopefully won't lose it this time. Although Sunday is usually shopping day, we were able to eat anyway. I had some chicken in the freezer, leftover tomato sauce from the other night, and noodles, so we had chicken parmesan. We also had bread from the other night so we had garlic toast as well. We both would have rather there'd been a salad, but the desire to be rabbits was trumped by the desire not to drive with ice accumulating on the roads.
