Good point, especially since Grandpa spent the last few months of his life (at least before he became too weak to walk to the kitchen) sleeping in a bed in the kitchen. During his last few days Mary slept in the bed while he stayed in his chair.
I had purposely been ignoring floor plans with the master bedroom downstairs because Andy indicated he would rather it be upstairs. The other day, however, we stumbled across a nigh on perfect floor plan which just happens to have the master downstairs.
