I forwarded your comment to Andy. I know I'd definitely be interested, especially if it has more than the sliver of land which seems to predominate in not-yet-built homes. Of course the 3% deal we may get for building a new house might be a deciding factor, if we happen to find an already-built house which is enough like what we're looking for, we might go for it.
