It depends a lot, and I have not yet ceased to be surprised at which kitties last and which go quickly. They are supposed to rotate cats every two weeks, but I've noticed that this isn't by any means a set thing. Kittens usually go fairly quickly, but oddly enough some of the cutest seem to languish there. I believe they're planning on staffing KC mostly with kittens from now on so they get seen and adopted before becoming adults, but since this isn't kitten season I figure they'll keep adults around as well.
