Crafty Question

Were [livejournal.com profile] callicrates and I to provide chenille or spot the cost, would anyone who is into crocheting/knitting/anything-else-I-don't-have-the-manual-dexterity-for be willing to make a hat? I'm thinking something like a beret or a tam would be ideal.

Is this for the friend with the cancer? :/

If there isn't someone more local to you willing, let me know, I'm pretty sure I have a beret or tam pattern here somewhere and could do one in a few days if I am not otherwise occupied. I know a couple of other amazingly wonderful soft yarns if this person isn't allergic to wool/alpaca. Chenille can be kind of sheddy.

Hey, it was really good to see you and [livejournal.com profile] callicrates again. BTW, I belive you left a green shawl at our place. Is that actually yours and should we send it to you?

I would! I have to say, though, I don't recommend chenille for a hat. Wool or alpaca would be better hat-making material.
