I'm with raira here - send that story to the media if Heather's okay with it. It probably won't help her personally, but the more stories like hers that get out there, the more political will there will be for proper free-at-the-point-of-service health care, and maybe someday there will be one less thing that sends people like you and me into helpless fits of rage.
