I kept intending to post a rant about it. It's not your kind of drama, where you have a personal investment in something getting delivered. We've been having a lot of trouble getting a delivery of my brand of shoe inserts. They first tried to deliver just in those five minutes when one of us was leaving and the other was entering the shower and were thus naked, so we didn't answer the door. Since then, we've been through two attempts to reschedule delivery. The system is hard to deal with, and when we carefully rescheduled for Tuesday because we'd be gone Monday, they tried to redeliver on Monday anyway. It's been two weeks, and I still don't have my inserts.
