Apr. 6th, 2003 11:59 pmWe're back from Indy despite USAir's best efforts. I won't go into the long version of our ordeals on Friday (and technically Saturday) and today (and technically Monday), except to note the flights were sardine-can full, Andy and I were seated apart on three of them, and turbulence was the word on both days. But anyway, we're home and full of Kraft® macaroni and cheese. Before passing judgement, please note that after plane rides neither Andy nor I have the spare brain cells which it would take for me to cook up a batch of real macaroni and cheese.
The kitties are being cuddly; Thena's wanting to be petted constantly and Gail's scampering around in between scritches. I have to remember to return a call to my sister tomorrow since we were in the air when she rang. I may or may not update the ATWL before I go to bed; it depends upon how late Andy stays up. Hopefully there'll be no trouble getting to sleep tonight.
Two other notes: we had so much fun switching an hour in England that we came home and did it again a week later. Also, the early-flowering trees are all leaves here now, but are in full bloom in Indy. Our dogwoods are now providing our flower quotient.
