One thing we noticed while looking for houses was that you can almost always tell that a neighborhood is a Centex one just by it's look. I'm not sure if that's good or bad, but it just is.
So, just out of curiosity, can I ask which floor plan? We've seen most of the ones they offer around here, and I wouldn't be surprised if they were the same nationwide (or at least similar). We might even have a copy of the floor plan in our files at home. :-)
