The sad part is, 99% of the time I pack extra meds, extra socks and undies, etc, just in case. I don't remember why I didn't this time, but it must have seemed like a good reason then. I won't be making that oversight (or would it be undersight?) any time again soon. Even if I do require affidavits (that they won't develop life-threatening emergencies while we're visiting) from friends from now on ;).
