It looks like plumbing is at least started, though it's not clear to this lay-person as to whether it's finished and awaiting inspection or just started or somewhere in between.
(grin) Yeah, that's about my situation, too --the only thing I know about plumbing is that if there are small rivers forming in my kitchen, Something Is Wrong With The Plan. :-)
