I admire the calm with which you seem to be taking this. I'd be well over my exasperation threshold by now! It does put my recent health insurance snafus in perspective. Those were what prompted me to comment to friends that being stuck in traffic (which happens frequently for 30-60 minutes at a time up here) actually sucks *less*, because at least that the end of such episodes, I've gotten somewhere I wanted to go.
I hope the idiots, bureaucrats, gatekeepers, etc in your neck of the woods get their act together soon. You deserve better!
