Update

Andy just called from the gate. His flight did make some time, and his connecting flight just started boarding, so he made it on time. He suspects it'll leave about 30 minutes late, which will put him in around 9ish. I think I will do stage two of the chicken and at least begin cooking the rice, so when we get home all I need to do is the final stage, reheat the rice, and make a salad. Or I may just do the whole thing before I leave, then just reheat when I get home. I'll see how close things are after stage two is done.
