Busy Bunnies

I have to start taking my camera on walks again. Today as I walked outside the rental office on round six I saw a bunny on the sidewalk, but something looked odd. I began wondering if there might be a baby bunny, and then it started squirming in such a way that I realized it couldn't be just one. I'd been standing still but started walking again, and after a step or two the big bunny bounded off, and there were four tiny little bunnies in her wake. They stayed still for as long as I did, then scattered in 3 1/2 directions when I began walking again.

Andy finished FF IX tonight. I think this is one of my favorites; it was quite funny (didn't take itself too seriously) and had an actual ending. Many of the others have just seemed to taper off with no resolution, but this one had something definite. I wonder what he'll do now while we wait for X.2 to come out. Yuna is possibly my favorite FF character ever, so I'm glad she'll be figuring in another game.

RYN(WindyCityEatin'attheTopoftheWorld): Doh! I *did* forget Leona's! How bloody did I manage to do that? We had a wonderful dinner there once, and we ordered Leona's when Eugene came to interview. Ah, yes, Leonas! :-)

I probably have to write a whole *entry* about Leonas. :-)

RYN(UpsandDowns): In fairness, my *scientific* advisor frankly has no reason to allow me to take separate time off for *medical* business, since that's *not* what she pays me for. If I want to spend my own time pursuing *medical* work, that's my decision --it's not her obligation to help me do that.

And frankly, if I had a SO, I probably wouldn't --do the medical activist stuff, that is. In fact, my life would probably be incredibly different. But I don't, and the work needs doing, and I can help do it, so...

And don't forget that Leona's probably figured into the first time I met you. As I recall the first time I visited Andy properly at Lindgren he was watching B5 with a whole bunch of people while eating delivery Leona's, and I'm pretty sure you were among the group.
