Some notes:
* "Victims" -- People who refuse to take responsibility for problems of their own making. People who believe that the world owes them something. People who believe that a perceived hard life should excuse them from being punished for crimes.

** Abusers -- Not drug abusers or other addicts, but people who abuse others. This is all-encompassing; physical, emotional, mental, child, elder, parental, animal. It does not include those who do it because they enjoy it since they get their own level.

*** Terrorists -- Actually, I prefer the version where the sixth layer of hell has sinners interred in burning tombs. Especially since the seeming weapon of choice, bombs, has innocent people who die in burning tombs.

**** Fundamentalists -- Of any sort. This includes Christian fundamentalists, Muslim fundamentalists, militant vegans, theocrats, extreme members of the NRA, extreme nature groups, extremists in general.

Also some notes on those who destroy nature for profit: I don't mean the responsible use of resources or necessary building. A guy who chops down trees for a living should not be condemned to circle VIII unless he pegs it in some other way. Lumber cartels which will cheerfully cut down every last tree in a forest if they can find a legal way to do so should be. And political parties which condone drilling in the Alaskan wildlife refuge while refusing to make their campaign contributers make vehicles with better gas mileage definitely should be in level VIII and should have to roll rocks. They should have to roll rocks on burning sands if they claimed that the bible gives them the right.
